Where We Work: Parker County, TX

Weatherford, Aledo, Springtown, Millsap, Brock, and the unincorporated county between them. If your address falls outside this ring, tell us and we'll say so plainly.

Parker County runs west from the edge of Fort Worth along I-20 and US-180, and most of our calls come from the acreage tracts and new subdivisions that have filled in over the last several years as the county's population has grown faster than almost anywhere else in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. That growth is exactly why aerobic systems matter here: new construction on 1 to 10-acre tracts west of the metroplex regularly hits soil that a conventional septic field can't use, which pushes builders and buyers toward aerobic treatment as the only permitted option.

Weatherford

The county seat, and home to Parker County Permitting itself at 1114 Santa Fe Drive. We cover both the incorporated city and the surrounding unincorporated tracts along US-180 toward Mineral Wells and out toward the Hudson Oaks interchange where US-180 meets I-20.

Aledo

Southeast of Weatherford along I-20, Aledo has grown from a small rail town into one of the fastest-growing parts of the county, with acreage subdivisions like Canyon Lake Estates and newer development pushing further from the old town center each year. New builds out here are a steady share of our install calls.

Springtown

North of Weatherford, at the intersection of Highway 199 and Highway 51. Older rural properties out this direction often have systems installed decades ago that are still due their 3 inspections a year regardless of age, and we see more repair calls here tied to aging control panels than new-install work.

Millsap

West along I-20, reached by FM 113 running south from Cool, or by FM 1189 and Fairview Road from the north. Millsap sits in some of the rockier, shallower-soil ground in the county, which means aerobic systems are close to the default here rather than the exception.

Brock

South of Weatherford along FM 1189, which runs down through Brock and on to Lipan along the east bank of the Brazos River. Properties closer to the river corridor sometimes carry floodplain-related elevation requirements for the dispersal field, something we flag during site evaluation for any new build out this way.

Rest of Parker County

Between and around these five areas, the unincorporated county is acreage country, much of it recently subdivided from larger ranch tracts. If you're not sure whether your address falls inside our working radius, call or use the quote form. We'll tell you honestly, we're not going to string you along on a job we can't service well.

One limit to know: we don't currently run routine service east of Aledo toward Fort Worth's incorporated edge. If that's you, call anyway. We'll tell you straight whether it's worth a special trip.
